About HAS Container style Homes and Buildings
Each individual Hi-Tech Accommodation Solution (HAS) unit consists of a 40 foot (Not 20 foot) custom built solid steel frame which is the size of a standard high cubic 40 foot container complete with ISO corner castings.
The walls of the units are fitted with PIR sandwich panels and the roof and floor structures are also fully insulated. All units use thermal doors and double glazed argon filled windows also. The internal layout of each unit can vary depending on the customer’s needs however this basic structure remains the same.
A complex is the joining of one or more of the units. Complex’s can be single story or multi story (up to four high) and provide clients with endless solutions in sometimes limited spaces. The modulisation and coplexing capability does not limit a solution to single storey but up to 4 storeys high for limited spaces.

Unlike conventional portables or sea containers which are refitted as accommodation HAS units are built for durability, mobility, long term human occupation and environmental efficiency.
Benefits of HAS Relocatable Buildings
All components used to construct HAS units are entirely new.
The units have a life expectancy of 50 to 80 years (compared to a standard refitted container which has a life expectancy of 20 years before total replacement).
They can be relocated over and over again with no weakening of the structure.
Withstand mistreatment by tenants as all the walls are steel and doors and windows are of a high quality. This also allows the unit to have the fittings pulled out and the entire unit steamed cleaned for hygiene purposes if necessary.

Units have the same logistical capacity as a standard high cubic shipping container.
Logistical movement of sea shipping containers is standard across the world so no customised machinery is required.
Each unit can be transported by ship, rail and truck in the same manner as a shipping container.
On site units can be lifted and positioned by loaders or cranes.
Units have easy to use reversible locking devices when complexing
Because the units are so easy to assemble and remove, a small city can be transported quite easily and leave next to no footprint on the land that it once occupied.
Occupant Benefits HAS Relocatable Buildings
By using advanced components and techniques HAS units can maintain a climate neutral internal temperature of 18 to 20 degrees when the external temperature is 40 degrees celsius minus or plus with minimal energy use.
By building a fully insulated shell which maintains a constant internal temperature combined with a small ventilating system HAS units have eliminated condensation and moisture. Condensation and moisture are paramount in causing rot, mould and ultimately sickness which is prevalent in conventional portables and converted sea containers. This ultimately extends the lifespan of the units also.
Our units provide the occupant with the most comfortable environment for close quarter living. The occupants of our product feel as though they are living in something that is better than a house alot of the time.
Our units can be adapted to accommodate single persons, families or multiple residences in one or a series of units.
Environmental Efficiencies
As well as the standard core energy efficiencies, namely minimal heating and cooling all units can be modified or refitted to include or integrate into any other energy saving system such as water recycling, waste alternatives and solar power. With a simple half grid system of 6 panels a unit can almost be fully self sufficient in the generation of electricity.
When a unit is picked up and moved to another location they leave no footprint on the site they have been located in.
