Central Otago Sheds

James Dodd started with Wide Span Sheds, along with his colleague Craig Miller, in late 2009 as a referral agent for Central Otago from his own premises at the Taieri Airfield. James then went on with Leading Edge Construction to be a referral agent for the Central Otago area while Craig looked after Dunedin. In early 2019 James became the Managing Director of Wide Span Sheds Central Otago and continues to  provide quality steel building solutions to the region

Planning & Building in Central Otago

The Central Otago region is broken up into separate districts, those of which are responsible for building consents in their given region. Building Consent from your relevant local council must be obtained before any work can commence.
