Wide Span Sheds Expands to Kerikeri, Bringing Two Decades of Construction Expertise to Northland

Joe and Taryn, owners of Wide Span Sheds North Auckland, have relocated their family to Kerikeri and opened the doors to their Wide Span Sheds Northland branch. We spoke to Joe and Taryn about their exciting new venture.

What excites you about this new opportunity? 

"We are very much looking forward to being a locally recognized company and getting to know the community. With growing demand in Northland, opening this new branch allows us to offer the full suite of shed construction to the region."

What does the new branch bring to the Northland region?

"We can help our customers with every aspect of their project including Wide Span Shed kit-set supply, earthworks, foundations, construction, drainage, and driveways. The best part is this is all available with in-house staff that bring two decades of experience in construction to our Northland clients."

What can Northland customers look forward to when visiting the new branch?

"We look forward to meeting customers at our new branch and showcasing what we have proudly built over the years. When you visit the office you can view some of our past and present shed projects and discuss your own project requirements, allowing our team to offer the best solution and honest advice."

What experience and options do you provide?

"Our options are endless - residential, industrial, commercial, rural, barns, equine facilities, warehouses… you name it and our expert team can bring it to life. Our sales representative, Mark Baker, has extensive knowledge of our sheds and what we can offer to make the process seamless for our customers. Between upskilling his knowledge of the construction industry and traveling between our Rodney and Kerikeri offices, you can find Mark training and competing in ultra-marathon events up and down the country, or in the water surfing."

"And of course, Marnie and Alfie our office Griffons, add to the experience when you visit our Kerikeri branch! One or the other can be found in the office most days, they draw a lot of attention and love greeting customers, but don’t offer much advice on sheds!"
